Breaking Bias is out today!
Learn how you can amplify Breaking Bias and help build workplaces & communities where belonging replaces bias.
If you can believe it...Breaking Bias is officially out in the world today!
I’m feeling so, so grateful to experience this moment. When I started this journey four years ago, I could never have imagined just how much love, care, kindness, and support I would receive along the way. I continue to return to the quote from Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., which has been my north star at every step:

Publishing Breaking Bias is the next step in our journey toward this vision, together, and I’m honored that you have decided to join me!
So many of you have asked what you can do to support the book's message. (Community is a beautiful thing, isn't it?)
Here’s how you can help! Beyond buying the book for yourself and your loved ones (You can also listen to it on audible), here are three simple things you can do right now to amplify the urgent message of Breaking Bias.

Whether you joined me in building this movement this week or you’ve been here for 10 years…thank you, thank you, thank you for being part of this community and supporting this work. I am grateful that together, we will evolve our species from exclusion to inclusion consciousness by breaking bias!
